Delivery & Returns Procedure
All sales are final. Please be absolutely sure that you want the item and can pay for it before committing to buy. Non-paying buyers will receive an ‘unpaid item’ strike against their account.
Postage and Delivery
Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days after your payment has cleared. Most orders are despatched the same or next working day.
The Postage and Delivery price also covers packaging and labour costs.

Postage and Delivery costs may change at any time without prior notification except on orders already placed where the costs will be honoured.
Postage and Delivery costs for non UK destinations will be calculated on each individual order.
We post using Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class 'Signed For' for all items unless otherwise specified. Some items purchased at the same time may be packaged separately. All orders will be sent recorded and you will need to sign to confirm delivery.
All orders will be posted using Royal Mail International Signed For.
You will need to sign to confirm receipt of your order.
Orders can be tracked until they leave the United Kingdom, and in some cases until arrival in the destination country.
Orders posted to countries which are included in the European Union should not incur additional import charges. There are also special territories which are considered within the European Union for the purpose of tariff waiver. Please contact us for details if you are unsure if your country is included. Please allow 7 working days for delivery once your payment has cleared.
What to do if your order has not arrived
Please allow enough time for your order to be delivered after your payment has cleared.
5 working days for delivery within the United Kingdom
7 working days for delivery within the European Union
10 working days for delivery to other EU countries and the rest of the world
There may be delays if the postal service in the United Kingdom or any other country go on strike. We take no responsibility for orders not arriving on time.
If your order has not arrived after this time please do the following:
Check the package is not waiting for you at your local mail sorting office. The postal service may have tried to deliver your order but you were not in. They may or may not have left a note for you with details of where your package is being held and how you can arrange for re-delivery or collection.
If the package is not at your local mail sorting office it may have been returned to us, in which case we will contact you as soon as we receive it back.
Email us with details of the transaction and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
In the event that one or more items are lost or damaged by the postal service we will do one of the following as soon as possible:
(a) Send another identical item out
(b) Send another item of your choice of equal value out (only if we do not have an identical item in stock)
(c) Give a refund for the item ONLY if we cannot do either of the above
We will file for a 'lost/damaged item claim' with Royal Mail and they will begin their investigation procedure, please ensure you have details of the transaction which Royal Mail will request.
